Meet the Star Wars family, second place winner in the Chevron Halloween Circus' Best Family in Costume. We have Layla as Yoda (this is the third time she wore this costume), Alia as a Stormtrooper (forgive us. That mask is 28 years old), Bianca as a Jedi (or Han Solo when she's not holding a lightsabre), Tristan as young Anakin Skywalker and moi as myself. Hahaha! It was hard to see and breathe in that thing! Seriously, I felt like Dark Helmet himself! I almost tripped several times and gasped for air everytime I took the mask off.
I'm glad that my family enjoyed yesterday's festivities. The magician wasn't corny, the food was good, it was well-organized despite the rain. Everyone was game. Layla seemed to have a good time. She wasn't fussy at all. She really liked looking at the balloons, too. Tristan said the Chevron party was much better than the one he attended at the Palms Country Club on Sunday. There were four booths, each with a different theme and with games and prizes. It was cool that whether you won or lost a game, you got a prize and lots of candies. We got Star Wars Micro Machines, too. Everyone went home a winner! We're now looking forward to next year's Halloween activity.

wow! galeng! buti pa kayo, meron costume contest. dapat dito rin e. masyadong boring ang costumes. you should've seen lala's niece and nephew though. the little girl was dressed as a policeman and the boy was a prisoner. prison break. hehe.
